About K2D2 |
Welcome to K2D2, a web server to estimate the α helix and β strand content of a protein from its circular dichroism spectrum. This server runs an upgraded version of the original K2D program that has been running from 1996 to 2007 at EMBL (Heidelberg, Germany).
The authors of K2D2 web server are Carol Perez-Iratxeta and Miguel A. Andrade-Navarro.
