mBISON - Analysis on miRNA binding site over-representation:
This tool finds over-represented miRNA targets in a gene list you provide. It was created for gene lists generated with the help of ChIP-seq data with the goal to make use of ever the growing knowledge about transcription factor binding to get insight into regulation by miRNAs and miRNA function. But it can be applied on any gene list. Moreover it can be used to filter miRNA target predictions like demonstarted in Gebhardt et al., 2014. Find further information.

The tool was designed for ChIP-seq data: associate your genomic positions to human or mouse genes.
