Scope

The main idea of the workshop, organized in the framework of COST ACTION BM1405 (Non-globular Proteins in Molecular Physiopathology), is to discuss how to organize the field related to LC in a collaborative way, for example by:

proposing definitions and standards for repeats and LC regions.
pointing to unsolved problems in the field.
indicating the shortcoming of tools or databases in relation to LC.
identifying the necessity of new resources.

As a possible outcome, we expect to write a collaboratively paper detailing the conclusions reached during the meeting.

Registration

To submit a participation request, please send an email to the corresponding local organizer (Pablo Mier) stating your interest. Participants will be selected by the organizing committee in order to guarantee a balanced gender and geographic distribution.
Registration costs: 40€ per participant. Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration.
