In this example, we used as query the UniProt AC of human huntingtin. The polyQ run of huntingtin (in blue, human coordinates: 16-40), seems to have grown in length during its evolution. Its relation to two polyP tracts (in red, human coordinates: 37-52 and 63-79) may also be seen in the N-terminal region of the proteins, almost exclusively in mammals.
