Datasets and scripts

The script used to analyse the data was written in Java programming language. Secondary structure information was extracted from the PDB files with the aid of BALL 1.4, for which a small C++ script was written and called from the main Java script. The analysed data, the main Java script and the helper script in C++ can be found here.
