Bio & Research interest
My research is mostly based on low complexity regions and protein evolution. As a result of many of my research projects, I developed dedicated web tools / repositories to give other researchers the opportunity to reuse my codes and data. These are usually focused on being easy-to-use and minimizing the required input data and parameters.
